Professional Services

The SRC Professional Services group has some of the best technical application experts in the industry to assist with code optimization that fully exploits the power of the SRC IMPLICIT+EXPLICIT Architecture. The SRC Professional Services group also provides custom engineering for unique signal interface requirements, system configurations and packaging requirements.

 

Remote Access

SRC Computers provides customers and qualified prospective customers Remote Access to the SRC Engineering servers at no charge so that potential customers can evaluate next generation algorithm performance on SRC systems. The SRC Professional Services group will also provide limited, no charge consultation on optimizing performance for customers using the Remote Access service.

 

To apply, customers/qualified prospective customers must:

  1. Have attended the SRC training class,
  2. Have a specific statement of work with defined goals and time frames and;
  3. Be willing to share results of their experience with SRC Computers.

SRC Computers is committed to providing timely responses for problems or concerns with SRC hardware or software. Technical support is available via e-mail at support@srccomputers.com or by calling toll-free 1-800-279-2035. This will connect you to someone directly during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time. Calls received after regular business hours are directed to the SRC on-call support staff via pager and are returned as promptly as possible.

 

Helpful information to include when reporting problems:

  1. Any snapshot of the environment that is producing the problem and/or; 
  2. The command or executable that exhibits the problem.
