Hi-Bar is SRC’s proprietary high-bandwidth, low-latency switch design. Each Hi-Bar assembly has up to 16 output and 16 input  ports to support up to 16 nodes. Hi-Bar switches can also be interconnected in a multi-tier configuration allowing two tiers to support 256 nodes.
